I am a Sugarholic “I am a sugarholic. My physician recently told me I had spleen dysfunction. Why should I be concerned – can’t they just remove the spleen?” Each of our organs has a very specific function and most of them can assist other organs within their own systems. For example, the spleen can assist the liver and the pancreas if either of these organs becomes compromised. Sugar indulgence usually reflects in the pancreas and becomes something like insulin resistance or diabetes. The spleen has some interesting work to do within the body. The spleen is the largest lymphatic organ. The spleen has the following functions:
A weak spleen is usually found with cases of:
Sugar is the #1 spleen killer! Stimulation and health of the spleen are imperative in all support for Candidiasis and Fungal infections. A weakened Spleen can cause anemia. The spleen has a special relationship with the stomach, liver, kidneys and lymph. It supports all these organs and helps to keep them healthy. The spleen dominates the immune system because of its regulation of the blood and lymphatic fluids. The spleen is not considered by most of allopathic communities to be of any vital importance. I personally would prefer to have mine intact and healthy. For some reason, the more of our original body we can keep and maintain, the healthier and happier we seem to be. As always, these are my personal opinions and clinical observations. I hope this helps you address your health issues appropriately.
