Cancer—How to combat it naturally This month’s question is “A member of our family has reoccurring cancer. How can we support her health and healing?” There is no one single cause for any disease. Factors that add up to “dis-ease” are poor lifestyle, bad diet, and exposure to toxins, poor thoughts and stressful life situations. There are, of course, many more factors, but these are at the top of the list to me. We are body, mind and soul – hopefully in balance. Any disruption of this balance promotes disease. Each person will react differently, thus different diseases and different healing modalities. Start here: · Stop doing things that will hurt you and start doing things that HEAL you. · Juicing is not an option – it is the key. · Daily reasonable exposure to the sun is very important.

Surround yourself with natural healing. Embrace
yourself. · Love is the most powerful healing tool. Give it and receive it. · Believe in tomorrow today!

Have a great support team. Everything positive – no
pity parties. · Remember doctors can be wrong – you call heal! It is important that all foods are fresh foods, preferably organically grown, and that much of it is eaten raw as in salads and juices, and that it is freshly prepared so as to supply a maximum of nutrients and live enzymes. Chewing (and lots of it) is very important because the actual digestive processes begin in the mouth. Flaxseed oil is especially rich in these nutrients, but it has to be maximized from all sources. Every bit helps and all help is needed, because the neglected detail could be the one that tips the balance.
Breakfast – Muesli with 3 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Oil added,
Mid-morning – fresh vegetable juices, mainly carrot juice.
Lunch – Salad and raw vegetables with flaxseed oil/cottage
cheese Snack – 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseeds stirred into a glass of fresh juice A little later – 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseeds stirred into a glass of papaya juice
Supper – Well-spiced vegetable soup. Add nutritional yeast
flakes Enzymes are important. Many people take enzyme supplements. Eat whole and natural foods - organic where possible. Prepare foods fresh. Don't keep foods for the next meal or the next day. It is very important to avoid unwholesome foods and substances such as hydrogenated fats, animal fats, sugar, white flour, preservatives, chemicals and processed foods. Absolutely NO SUGAR, No Commercial Oils, No preserved meats, No meats (hormones and chemicals)!! I recommend Spectrum or Barlean’s flaxoil all the time in addition to grinding real Flaxseeds. One of my favorite recipes with great healing values is by Dr. Johanna Budwig. Put in your blender: 1 cup Organic cottage cheese (low fat, not too hard one,
best make your own) (or yogurt) My heros and mentors in the treatment of cancer and disease are Dr. Richard Schulze, Dr. Johanna Budwig, and Rudolg Bruess Austrian Healer. They all have books that should be on your shelf! Remember each person is totally different and no two will ever react exactly the same to the same therapies.
